The birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia. These coffee beans are grown in the village of Cherbesa in the Yirgachefe region of the Sidamo region. As the name "Yirgachefe" means "wetlands and grasslands," this region has a relatively high annual rainfall and is blessed with water sources. Yirgachefe is recognized worldwide as the highest quality coffee in Ethiopia.
