"Frutta Mercadon" is an idea that uses the natural yeast inherent in coffee to create flavors. Frutta Mercadon means fruit market in Portuguese, and as the name suggests, various fruits appear when the coffee is hot and when it is cold. Currently, Frutta Mercadon is grown under contract to four producers, and this lot is made using the anaerobic method at Dona Nenen Farm. It has been processed to be 99% decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process.
